As the Director of Pradyuman Security, I lead with the belief that security is not just about presence — it’s about preparation, structure, and smart execution. With over 4 out of 8 years of experience across North America’s industrial and infrastructure sectors, I bring operational maturity and strategic foresight into every project we take on.
My academic background in Civil Engineering, along with diploma in security management and a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, gives me a unique edge in the security sector. It enables me to understand building layouts, access points, vulnerability zones, and crowd flow patterns with technical precision — allowing us to design smarter and more efficient security solutions for our clients. From industrial sites and housing societies to commercial establishments and high-footfall zones, our strategies are grounded in both on-site realities and structural logic.
My leadership journey began with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) – Air Wing, where I proudly earned the C-Certificate. That experience instilled discipline, situational awareness, and a deep sense of duty — qualities that continue to shape how I lead my team and serve our clients.
I am also an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about raising the bar in India’s private security industry. Through Pradyuman Security, I’m not just building a company — I’m building a culture of trained, reliable, and future-ready security professionals. Our vision is to introduce modern practices, continuous learning, and tech-assisted protocols while staying rooted in the timeless values of integrity, vigilance, and respect.
